happy SIX months

The stats:

Height: 26" (25-50%)

Weight: 18lbs 4oz (50-75%)

Head: 43.5 (25-50%)

So, a little chunker... But who's surprised? 

The half year mark! Six months! He can officially sit up for long periods of time unassisted and it is his new preferred position. He is very engaged with his toys. He'll eventually find his way to his tummy and ends up spinning and wiggling all over the floor. I think he will be the earliest to crawl. He still wakes up in the morning anytime between 4-6am and can sometimes be coaxed back to sleep. But he is usually up for good around 6am. An hour too early in my opinion. He loves being out in the world and is always full of smiles for anyone who catches his eye. In fact, he gets a lot of compliments on his pretty blue eyes and happy demeanor. He saves his biggest giggles for the older two though. He has developed a little mom complex in the last couple weeks. If someone else is holding him and he catches my eye or hears my voice, he will start to fuss. He'll calm right down once he is in my arms again. It's hard not to give in to that sad, sweet face. In my experience, these phases never last long! The older two can barely keep their hands off of him. No shortage of love here for Brother.

PS - We spent a few days in Breckenridge with the Davises this past weekend, thus the snow. Post on that to follow...
