Ouch! Blue has fallen plenty of times but he bonked his lip on the way down from this one and came away with a big fat lip to show for it. Usually when he falls and cries I give him a quick once over to make sure everything is okay before giving him a hug and moving on. This time his mouth was full of blood so that freaked me out a bit.
We got the blood cleaned up, made sure the cut wasn't serious, called dad to bring home some popsicles (that is rasberry juice on his mouth), and watched his new favorite video (Circle of Life intro from The Lion King) a few times and he seemed fine. Even ate some dinner like normal. The swelling is down quite a bit today with just a bit of redness around the area.
